The Serengeti is every adventurer’s ultimate destination. These legendary plains teem with one of the densest concentrations of wildlife on earth. Equally magnificent is Tarangire National Park & Lake Manyara National Park, where elephants, wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle and their predators roam the baobab studded landscape. Ngorongoro Crater is 12 miles wide and is one of the largest calderas in the world and the place to see a black rhino, if you are lucky. At night you retire in a lodge & Camp in Serengeti where delicious food and first-rate service.
Zanzibar – Arusha Airport - Overland to Tarangire National Park.
After early breakfast at your Hotel - depart for your flight from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport with arrival at 9:00 AM, Upon arrival you will meet your Safari Vehicle for Tarangire National Park. Lunch in the Park - Tarangire NP is Tanzania’s third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard, cheetah and up to six thousand elephant. Dinner and Overnight at Marera Lodge/Similar.
Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti NP.
Breakfast at the Lodge, with packed lunch drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a wonderful game drive . As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. After Lunch in the Crater , later depart for Serengeti National Park for Dinner and Overnight at Osinon Camp or Similar.
Full Day - Serengeti NP.
After breakfast at the camp, depart for full day of game viewing. The Serengeti game reserve is overwhelmingly large- the variety and concentration of game is awesome, Its regions are climatically varied.
Depending on the time of year and the migration of the herds - you can expect to see wildebeest, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, crocs, antelopes and many birds and other species. Your Driver/Guide will be in contact with other safari drivers and will amaze you with his skill at locating the hidden animals. All meals and overnight at Osinon Tented Camp or Similar.
Serengeti NP - Arusha/Zanzibar/Home
After breakfast at the camp, Drive to Seronera Airstrip for your flight to Ausha/Zanzibar/Home.
